• Rosi is the best personal trainer ever! I started working out with Rosi back in November 2008 with one goal in mind, my wedding day on September 19th, 2009.
I trained with Rosi 3 times a month right up until the week before my wedding. Plus I did her Outdoor BootCamp in the summer. She pushed me hard and
taught me how to get in a good workout on days that I came in to the gym on my own. She made it fun and I always felt great after my workouts.
I was so happy with the results and actually surpassed my goal by 5 pounds by my wedding day! Rosi is a great motivator and

• I met Rosi through her outdoor BootCamp in April 2009 and in September 2009 she became my personal trainer. Through training with Rosi and working with a nutritionist I've lost about 60lbs. This past spring I told Rosi that I had set myself a goal of running a 5k so she did an outdoor learn to run program with me.
She also helped me overcome my fear of running on the treadmill. I ran my first 5k in June, and went on to run a 10.5k in July and a 1/2 marathon in
October! Without Rosi's guidance and support none of this would have been possible, it would have just remained a dream. Rosi taught me the
importance of setting goals and working towards them. The most important thing Rosi has taught me is that I can do anything
I set my mind to. You’re an amazing woman Rosi and I'm so happy you were by my side for this journey and look forward to
