Exercise has always been a top priority and I have been active my entire adult life. Involved in the fitness industry since 2002, I was co-owner of Go Figure Women's Health Club in Ajax, and now lead Nordic Walking and Outdoor BootCamp groups. I also work 3 days a week as a personal trainer at Women's Fitness Club, Pickering. I find it rewarding to see the benefits my clients achieve through improving their health and fitness levels. My proudest moment was when, after training with me for months, four of my clients completed their first triathlon!

My goal is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I will make sure your workouts are safe, challenging and fun, and you'll get plenty of variety so you will never get bored. "My hope is to inspire you all to make regular physical activity a part of your healthy lifestyle."

I love being in the great outdoors, so I get my cardio training by Nordic Walking, running, biking and hiking. I participate in triathlons and runs to keep myself challenged. My favourite summer escape is our cottage on Lake Huron - it's the perfect place to unwind and relax. Weekends in the winter you'll find me out cross-country skiing. I read to stay current on health and fitness trends, and love spending time with my husband, family and friends.
